摘　　要：民营医院是我国卫生事业不可或缺的重要力量。本文分析了我国民营医院在经营理念和经营策略方面的天生不足,有针对性地介绍了广州复大肿瘤医院成功创建民营医院"四力合一"经营模式(四力即理念引导力、诚信经营力、差异竞争力、自我约束力),以及取得的突破性的研究成果和实践成效。Private hospital is an indispensability component for health care development in China. The inherent shortage in operation philosophy and strategy of private hospital development were discussed. Four strengths （the four strengths involves philosophy guide, honest operation, diversity competition and self constraint） fusion to one operation mode and its effectiveness in Guangzhou Fuda Cancer Hospital was introduced.
