摘  要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地虎刺中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:虎刺样品以95%乙醇溶液超声提取,分析柱选用Kromasil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-2.0%磷酸水溶液(90∶10,v/v)进行洗脱,柱温:25℃,流速:0.8 mL/min,检测波长:210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸在0.124~1.24μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.6%(RSD=2.2%);熊果酸在0.192~1.92μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.4%(RSD=1.9%)。结论:该二种成分均以湖北产虎刺中含量最高,方法操作简便,精密度高,可为虎刺的质量控制和开发利用提供实验依据。Objective:To establish A RP-HPLC method for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in l)amnaeanthus tndt-cus from different places. Methods:After ultrasonic extraction with 95% ethanol,the separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column at 25℃ using methanol-2.0 % phosphoric acid solution (90: 10,v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results:Oleanolic acid showed good linear at the range of 0. 124 - 1.24 μg (r =0. 9997). The recovery was 97.6 % and RSD was 2.2 %. Ursolic acid showed good linear at the range of 0. 192 - 1.92 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ). The recovery was 102. 4 % and RSD was 1.9 %. Conclusion:The proposed method is simple and accurate. It can provide reliable evidence for quality control, development and utilization of Damnacanthus indicus.
