茜草HPLC-DAD指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立茜草药材HPLC-DAD指纹图谱,提供茜草药材的质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法;色谱柱为YMC C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长280 nm;流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃。分析时间为60 min。结果:6批茜草药材指纹图谱的平均相似度大于94%。结论:所建立的方法适用于不同产地茜草药材指纹图谱的测定。Objective：To establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint of Radix Rubiae and provide a quality control method for it. Meth-ods： The method HPLC-DAD was performed on a YMC C ls （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength at 280 mm, and the column temperature at 25 ℃, and the analysis time was 60 rain. Results ：The average similarity of the fnigerprint chromatograms was over 0. 94 in 6 batches samples of different areas in China. Conclusion ： This method can be applied for the determination of Radix Rubiae from different areas.
