儿童肘部骨折康复护理应用音乐功能锻炼导引操疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探索一种在儿童肘部骨折治疗中更有效,易推广的功能锻炼方法。方法:随机将200例肘部骨折的住院患儿分治疗组与对照组,每组100例,治疗组以自编功能锻炼导引操并结合常规功能锻炼法,对照组进行常规功能锻炼法,使两组锻炼时间一致,观察时间为12周。结果:两组病人第12周时Mayo肘关节评分、X线检查结果、依从性等指标等比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组优于对照组。结论:在儿童肘部骨折中应用自编音乐功能锻炼导引操功能锻炼效果明显优于常规功能锻炼方法,且配有音乐节奏及歌词,患儿易接受,好推广。Objective：To explore an effective and easy to spread functional training method for treating elbow fracture in children. Methods：Two hundreds hospitalized children of elbow fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The experimental group used self-made functional training method combined with routine functional training method, and the control group used routine functional training method only. The training time was same in both groups and they were all observed for 12 weeks. Results： The Mayo elbow score, radiological findings, and compliance index in experimental group was superior to the control group at 12 weeks. Conclusion：The self-made functional training with music is obviously superior to the routine functional training method. And with its music rhythm and lyrics, it is accepted and spread easily.
