安徽省2005年与2011年性病病例报告质量比较

摘　　要：目的为了解安徽省2005和2011年度性病病例报告质量的差别,为进一步作好性病报告工作提供参考依据。方法利用系统抽样的方法从全省2005和2011年淋病与梅毒病例网络直报数据中抽取3、5、8和11日的资料,分析病例报告情况。结果全省2005年3、5、8和11月梅毒报告覆盖率分别为65.71%、73.33%、82.86%和75.23%,而2011梅毒报告覆盖率分别为98.10%、99.05%、98.10%和99.05%;全省淋病2005年报告覆盖率分别为82.86%、84.76%、80.00%和81.90%,而2011年报告覆盖率分别为58.10%、69.52%、63.81%和63.81%。2005年和2011年梅毒报告准确率分别72.93%及98.17%,2005年和2011年淋病报告准确率分别为69.26%及97.86%。讨论 2005到2011年间,安徽省梅毒报告覆盖率有所提高,而淋病报告覆盖率有所下降。同时梅毒与淋病的报告准确性有所上升。Objective This study was designed to compare quality of reporting of sexually transmitted diseases（STD） in Anhui between 2005 and 2011,and provide reference for improving STD case reporting.Method Systematically sampling was applied to collect case reporting information of syphilis and gonorrhea retrieved from March,May,August and November.Then the reporting information was analyzed.Results The reported coverage rates of syphilis cases were 65.71%,73.33%,82.86% and 75.23% in March,May,August and November in 2005,respectively,while the coverage rates of syphilis were 98.10%,99.05%,98.10% and 99.05% in these months in 2011 respectively.As for gonorrhea,the reported coverage rates were 82.86%,84.76%,80.00% and 81.90% in these months in 2005,while the coverage rates were 58.10%,69.52%,63.81% and 63.81% in these month in 2011.The accurate rates of syphilis reporting were 72.93% and 98.17% in the year 2005 and 2011 respectively,while the accurate rates of gonorrhea were 69.26% and 97.86% in the year 2005 and 2011 respectively.Conclusion The reported coverage rate of syphilis was increasing,but that of gonorrhea was decreasing in 2005 and 2011.The accurate rate of syphilis and gonorrhea reporting were both increasing.
