摘　　要：随着工业自动化的高速发展,PLC的应用越来越广泛、功能也越来越强大,以继电器为控制核心的许多机械设备,都将被以PLC为控制核心的设备所取代。基于此,阐述了广州某公司200t冲压设备由原来的继电器控制系统,改造成三菱PLC控制系统的方案与方法,以供参考。With the rapid development of industrial automation,the application and function of PLC technology is getting wider and more powerful.The mechanical equitment with Relay as control core will be replaced by those with PLC as control core.This article is mainly about the 200t punch machine of a company in Guangzhou,which is transformed from Relay control system to Mitsubishi PLC control system.
