摘　　要：对2011年国内日化上市公司业绩年报进行了解读和分析,并结合2012年国内外经济形势给日化企业带来的机遇和挑战,对公司未来经营进行了展望,并提出一些可行性建议和应对措施。This paper analyzed the results of tile annual report of domestic daily chemical listed companies in 2011 as well as the domestic and international economic situation in 2012. In addition, it discussed the opportunities and challenges the enterprises faced up to present. Finally, future business development for these eompanies was prospected and some feasible recommendations and response measures were put forward in tilts paper.
