摘　　要：目的了解嘉定区手足口病疫情的季节趋势特征,为手足口病防控工作提供依据。方法采用圆形分布法分析嘉定区手足口病疫情的季节趋势。结果近年来嘉定区手足口病疫情呈逐年上升趋势。圆形分布分析显示,r为0.39(Z=643.69,P<0.05),存在季节性趋势,且流行期与散发期季节性趋势一致。结论手足口病季节性集中趋势较为明显,春夏季相对高发。Objective To learn the seasonal trend characteristics of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） in Jiading district of Shanghai, in order to provide basis for HFMD prevention and control. Method Circular distribution was used for analyzing the HFMD seasonal trend. Results For the past few years, HFMD incidence rate was increased year by year. Circular distribution analysis showed that r value was 0. 39 （ Z = 643.69, P 〈 0. 05 ） and there was seasonal trend, and the seasonal trend of epidemic period and sporadic period were uniform. Conclusions HFMD seasonal central tendency was obviously and the high -frequency time were spring and summer.
