新、旧病区物体表面微生物差异性调查

摘  要:目的动态观察新建病区在使用后物体表面微生物情况与旧病区物体表面之间的差异。方法选择床头柜、衣柜、床垫作为代表,每月对新启用病区和使用5年以上病区分别进行监测,连续8个月,每月各20份;按《消毒技术规范》(2002版)物体表面菌落计数的检测方法检测。结果新、旧病区第1~2个月和第3~4个月的培养计数均值分别为2.65、12.86和4.83、14.21,t值分别为3.996、3.669,差异有统计学意义;第5~6个月、第7~8个月的培养计数均值分别为7.22、15.33和10.03、15.16,t值分别为3.174、2.008,差异有统计学意义。结论新建病区在收治病人7个月后其物体表面微生物污染状况与旧病区的无差异,可检出条件致病菌,应加强对物体表面的清洁与消毒。Objective To dynamically observe the difference of microorganism on objects surface between the new disease patch and the old one. Method Selecting bedside cupboards, wardrobes and mattress which from opened newly and used for more than 5 years inpatients areas as study objects and continuously monitoring for 8 months and 20 copies each month. According standard for disinfection technical (2002 Edition) to detect the surface colony. Results Microorganism contamination had statistical significance between the two disease patches for the first to the second month ( the mean of culture count of the new patch was 2.65 and the old one was 12. 86, t =3. 996, P 〈0. 001 ) and the third to the fourth month (the mean of culture count of the new patch was 4. 83 and the old one was 14. 21, t = 3.669, P 〈 0. 001 ) , there was significant difference for the fifth to the sixth month ( the mean of culture count of the new patch was 7. 22 and the old ones was 5.33, t = 3. 174, P 〈0.005) and the seventh to the eighth (new was 10.03 and the old wasl5.16, t =2.008, P 〈 0. 1 ) . Conclusions Microorganism contamination of objects surface had no significant difference between the two patches after the new used for seven months and conditional pathogenic bacteria were detected out from the object surfaces of news. Cleanliness and disinfection must be strengthened to object surfaces.
