摘　　要：分析了塑件的工艺性,弯管相互垂直的型芯采用组合式,其中较长的侧向型芯采用液压缸抽芯,简化了模具结构和加工工艺,最后说明了模具的工作过程,确定了生产所需工艺参数。The process of RPVC elbow connector is analyzed, combined cores are adopted for the mutually perpendicular part and the longer one of which is laterally pulled out with hydraulic cylinder, thus the mould construction and processing technology are simplized. The working process is elaberated and process parameters are selected.
