摘 要:铝/钢异种金属熔化焊接工艺性差的主要原因是两者之间热物理性能和化学性能差异大,两者之间极易反应生成脆性的金属间化合物,严重降低了焊接质量和接头使用性能。阐述了填充材料中的合金元素以及钎剂等焊接冶金因素在铝合金和钢异种金属熔-钎焊接中的作用和影响,分析了合金元素改善铝合金/钢异种金属熔-钎焊的性能,以及钎剂改善铝合金在钢表面的铺展性。最后指出,开发合适的填充材料和钎剂是铝/钢熔-钎焊的关键冶金措施。There are great differences between aluminum alloy and steel in thermal physical and chemical properties,which leads to the poor fusion weldability of dissimilar metals between aluminum and steel.It is very easy to form the brittle intermetallic compounds in the fusion welded joint of aluminum and steel,which deteriorates the welding quality and mechanical properties of joints.The effect of alloying elements in filler metal and flux on aluminum/steel welding performance and joint properties were reviewed.The effect of alloying elements on improvement of welding performance and that of flux on the improvement of wettability and spreadability of Al-based flux on steel surface were analyzed.Finally, it is point out that the proper filler metal and brazing flux are the key metallurgical measures to improve the brazing-fusion weldability of aluminum alloy and steel.
