摘  要:目的建立人参归脾丸紫外光谱指纹图谱(UVFPs)、红外光谱指纹图谱(IRFPs)及其燃烧热谱(Q),以UVFPs-IRFPs-Q联合评价其真实质量。方法采用空心聚四氟乙烯管(650mm×0.12mm)装入高效液相色谱仪,用DAD采集190~400nm区间UV光谱数据建立UV指纹图谱;将RSGPW甲醇提取液涂于溴化钾晶片上测定IR光谱指纹图谱;采用氧弹式量热计测定其燃烧热值。之后对UV-IR-Q等权融合综合评价RSGPW质量。结果 10批样品中S2、S9和S10质量极好,其余质量很好或好。结论紫外指纹图谱能表征药物组分中π→π*,n→π*及n→σ*的化学键信息,红外指纹图谱表征的是饱和单键振动或转动的化学键信息,燃烧热值Q从能量角度反映化学物质整体含量,紫外-红外光谱指纹图谱联合燃烧热能展现中药质量全貌而更好地用于中药质量控制。Objective To develop the UV spectrum,IR fingerprints and determining heat of combustion diagram of Renshenguipi Wan(RSGPW) to overall evaluate the authentic quality of RSGPW.Methods Hollow PTFE pipe(650 mm×0.12 mm)serving as the column was assembled into HPLC system and DAD was used to adopt UV spectra data from 190-400 nm to develop UV fingerprints.All samples were extracted by methanol under the same conditions,and then the IR fingerprints of the extract were detected.Oxygen bomb type-calorimeter instrument was used to determine the heat of combustion of 10 batches of RSGPWs.Finally the RSGPW quality was identified by equal weight combination model based on UV-IR fingerprints and the heat of combustion.Results The quality of S2,S9 and S10 was the best,that of S1,S3,S5,S6,S7 and S8 was better,while that of S4 was good.Conclusion UV fingerprints can reflect the unsaturated chemical compositions consisting of π→π*,n→π*,and n→σ* with ultraviolet absorption.IR fingerprints are characterized by an components composed of a saturated single bond with vibration or rotation under certain conditions and the heat of combustion can represent overall chemical contents from energy respective in traditional Chinese medicine.The combination of the above 3 means can better control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
