摘 要:用 Schulz反射技术研究了纯钼 30 %~ 90 %冷轧变形的织构变化规律 ,即 30 %~ 60 %变形时形成α线织构 ,主要织构组分有 {0 0 1 }<1 1 0 >和 {1 1 2 }<1 1 0 >;70 %~ 80 %变形时形成γ线织构 ,织构组分有 {1 1 1 }<1 1 2 >和 {1 1 1 }<1 1 0 >。在各变形期间 ,随着变形量的增加织构强度上升。达到 90 %变形时 ,平行轧面的 ( 0 0 1 )取向急剧减弱 ,而平行轧面的 ( 1 1 1 )取向被强化。同时讨论了织构形成机制 ,为深冲钼板的加工和研究提供了依据。The textures in pure Mo plates with cold rolling reductions of 30~90% were investigated using the Schulz reflection technique. The results showed that the textures were mainly α fiber textures which consisted of {001}<110> and {112}<110> constituents, when the reduction was smaller than 60%; but when the reduction increased to 70%, γ fiber texture began to arise, which contained {111}<112> and {111}<110> constituents. With the further increase in the reduction γ fiber textures were enhanced continuonsly. When the reduction reaches to 90%, (001) type textures which were parallel to the rolling plane dropped down drastically while (111) type textures were consolidated to a great extent. The mechanism of the textures formation were also discussed to provide a reference for the processing and research of deep drawn Mo Plates.
