摘　　要：2012年是中国加入GPA(即WTO诸边协议《政府采购协议》的简称)谈判的关键时期。与GPA成员国相比,中国政府采购市场开放实践起步较晚,但基于博弈论和竞争优势论的政府采购市场开放理论,已支持了政府采购的国际化趋势,在此基础上,中国政府采购市场开放实践将进一步展开。而谈判中的不确定性因素,则是影响中国政府采购市场开放进程的关键。2012 China＇s accession to the GPA of （ie, the plurilateral WTO referred to Government Procurement Agreement ） the critical period ,compared with GPA member states, the Chinese government procurement market open practice started later, however, based on game theory and competitive advantage on the government procurement market open theory, has supported the international trend of Igovernment procurement, on this basis, the Chinese government procurement market open practice will be expanded further. The uncertainties in the negotiations, is the key to influence the process of China＇s government procurement market open.
