摘 要:目的:优选水溶性紫朱软膏的基质组成及配比。方法:以软膏的外观性状、稳定性、延展性、稠度、pH及显微镜检观察等为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计对基质中纯水、泊洛沙姆407、聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇4000等所占比例进行优选。结果:筛选出水溶性基质紫朱软膏的最佳处方为主药12.5%,纯水35%,泊洛沙姆407 17%,聚乙二醇400 4.5%,聚乙二醇4000 1.5%,聚乙二醇1500 4.5%,泊洛沙姆188 12%,甘油13%。结论:按优选工艺制备的水溶性基质紫朱软膏外观细腻均匀,稠度及延展性适宜,性状稳定,符合临床使用要求。Objective: To optimize the best ground substance of water-soluble Zizhu ointment.Method: Character,stability,ductility,consistence,pH value and microexamination of the ointment were selected as index,L9(34) orthogonal test was employed to determine the effects of the four factors including the proportion of pure water,Poloxamer 407,PEG400 and PEG4000.Result: The best proportion of the prescription was as follows: 12.5% main drug,35%pure water,17% Poloxamer 407,4.5% PEG400,1.5% PEG4000,4.5% PEG1500,12% Poloxamer188,13% glycerine.Conclusion: The optimized ointment was fine uniform,with suitable consistence and ductility and stable properties.It was appropriate for the clinical use.
