摘　　要：与地球温室化一样,荒漠化是与社会经济发展息息相关的重大生态环境问题,在全社会倡导低碳经济的大背景下,发展低沙经济具有重要的现实意义。然而,发展低沙经济需要强有力的金融支持,笔者在提出低沙经济含义的基础上,着重给出发展低沙经济的绿色金融支撑体系,借以动员全社会支持和发展低沙经济。Just as the green effect of the earth, desertification is a crucial ecological environment prob- lem closely related to social and economic development. Under the background of low-carbon economy, to develop low-sand economy is of realistic significance. However, its development requires strong financial support. Based on an analysis about the meaning of low-sand economy, this article emphatically puts for- ward the green financial support system for low-sand economy development so as to mobilize the whole so- ciety to develop it.
