摘　　要：笔者构建了乳品行业竞争力评价的指标体系,利用多元统计中的因子分析法对我国30个地区的乳品行业竞争力进行了实证研究,得出了乳品行业竞争力的综合得分和排名,并对结果进行了综合分析。The research constructs an index system for the evaluation of competition ability of dairy in- dustries and applies factor analysis in multivariate statistics to make an empirical analysis about the compe- tition ability of 30 dairy industries in our country. It obtains the comprehensive marks of these industries, ranks them and analyzes the results comprehensively.
