摘  要:利用国产短支链,低等克当量(EW)值的全氟磺酸膜,分别采用自制Ir-V/C、Pt/C纳米催化剂及商业Pt/C催化剂为阳极制备膜电极(MEA),并组装成5kW的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电堆。在常温(工作温度≤80℃)与中温(最高工作温度95℃)条件下对该电堆进行测试。研究结果表明,在额定电流密度640mA/cm2下,电堆功率为5095W。电堆在常温与中温下分别运行了500h和200h,常温运行后电堆的功率较测试开始时上升了约2%。各类MEA性能和一致性都存在差异,使用Ir-V/C催化剂的MEA在中温条件下表现出最佳的性能。In this paper, a 5kW PEMFC stack was prepared with the adoption of home-made short side chain, low EW value PFSA membrane. Both home-made Ir-V/C and Pt/C nanoparticle catalysts were used as anode catalysts of MEAs, meanwhile commercial Pt/C catalyst was adopted for comparison. The stack had been tested for 500h be- low 80℃ and 200h at elevated temperature ( ≤80℃ ) , and its performance was demonstrated by stack power under different loads, polarization curves and voltage distribution of unit cells as a function of time. The results illustrated that the stack power reached 5095W at 640mA cm-2, and which increased by approximately 2% after the 500h test. MEAs with Ir-V/C catalysts showed satisfactory performance at elevated temperature. Furthermore, different MEAs performed variedly, and the consistency of MEAs deteriorated at elevated temperature.
