倍美力软膏联合米索前列醇用于绝经妇女宫内节育器取出的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析倍美力软膏联合米索前列醇对绝经后妇女宫内节育器(IUD)取出的应用效果。方法:将160例绝经后要求取出宫内节育器的妇女随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各80例。观察组术前给予倍美力软膏0.5g,2次/d,连用7d,并于取器前30min给予米索前列醇200mg;对照组仅于术前30min给予米索前列醇200mg;两组均于术前2%利多卡因麻醉后,取出宫内节育器。结果:观察组取器手术时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,宫颈扩张程度显著优于对照组,取器术中疼痛情况显著轻于对照组,取器成功率显著高于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:对绝经后妇女术前应用倍美力软膏、米索前列醇,可提高取器手术成功率,减轻患者痛苦。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of premarin cream and misopiostol on intrauterine device（IUD） removal in postmenopausal women.Methods：A total of 160 postmenopausal women who required to remove the IUD were randomly divided into observation group（n=80） and control group（n=80）.Patients of observation group were treated with premarin cream 0.5 g for 7 days,twice per day,and were treated with misoprostol 200 mg before undergoing operation;while patients of the control group were only treated with misoprostol 200 mg before undergoing surgery.Results：The time of operation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the cervical dilatation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the degree of surgery pain in the observation group was more severer in the control group,and the success rate of operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The application of premarin cream and misoprostol is effective on IUD removal in the postmenopausal women.It can improve the success rate of operation and alleviate the patients’ suffering.
