摘　　要：目的:探讨男性迟发性腺功能减退症与精神心理疾病的关系和治疗方法以及效果。方法:选取我院收治符合标准的38例男性迟发性腺功能减退症患者编为观察组,另选取同期体检的40例健康男性编为对照组。应用国际勃起功能指数评分-5(IIEF-5)、老年男性症状问卷(AMS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁状态量表(SDS)和Venham临床焦虑及合作行为级别评定量表评价患者精神心理变化与治疗前后的关系。结果:治疗前相比,对照组上述评分均优于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后相比,两组间各项评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:男性迟发性腺功能减退症与精神心理疾病关系十分密切,应用睾酮等药物补充治疗可有效改善患者的认知、运动功能及负性情绪。Objective： To explore the relationship between late-onset hypogonadism and psychological disorders in order to find out effective treatment.Methods： A total of 38 eligible patients with late-onset gonadal hypofunction were enrolled as observation group,and 40 healthy male served as control group,International Index of Erectile Function score-5（IIEF-5）,older men symptoms questionnaire（AMS）,anxiety and self-assessment Scale（SAS）,the depression scale（SDS） and Venham clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior-level rating scale were used to evaluate psychological changes and treatment efficiency.Results： Before treatment,the evaluated scores of the control group were all significant better than that of the treatment group,while after treatment,no significant difference in these scores was found（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Late-onset gonadal hypofunction was closely correlated with physiological disorders,supplement drugs like testosterone can effectively improve patient’s cognitive,motor function as well as negative mood.
