摘　　要：目的:分析IQ 200全自动尿沉渣分析仪RBC假阳性的原因。方法:对IQ 200尿沉渣分析仪所测的RBC阳性标本进行显微镜复检。结果:523例阳性标本中160例(30.6%)为假阳性,其中110例可直接在IQ 200尿沉渣分析仪编辑屏幕上重新正确分类,假阳性率减至12.1%。结论:造成RBC假阳性的原因有酵母菌孢子、结晶(尤其是草酸钙结晶)、卵磷脂小体和脂肪滴等。在实际工作中,应不断积累经验,增强识别假阳性图像的能力,并同时结合显微镜复检,以进一步提高IQ 200尿沉渣分析仪检测结果的准确性。Objective： To analyze factors leading to false positive results of RBC detection by IQ 200 automatic urine analyzer. Methods. Samples with positive RBC results were ：rechecked with microscope. Results. Of the 523 rechecked samples, 160 （30.60/4） were confirmed as false positive, of which, 110 can be avoided according to IQ 200 automatic urine analyzer itself. In that case, the rate of false positive can be decreased to be 12.1%. Conclusions. Reasons caused RBC false positiw; include yeast spores, crystal （especially calcium oxalate crystal）, lecithin small body and fat drops, etc. In clinical work, experience to identify false results and combination use of microscope can help to raise its accuracy.
