Key Strong Seedling Cultivation Technology for Eggplant under Protected Conditions

摘  要:以紫阳长茄为试材,对设施条件下茄子穴盘育苗关键技术进行了有效集成和全面研究。结果表明,集成育苗技术的应用能够显著改善茄子幼苗质量,有效防止幼苗徒长,叶面积明显增大,茎粗、茎叶及根质量极显著增加,最终提高幼苗根冠比、壮苗指数、成苗率和抗病性。同时,集成技术还能明显提高幼苗生理活性,使叶片叶绿素(Chl)、可溶性蛋白质(Pr)、可溶性糖(Sug)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高10%以上,根系活力提高28.57%,并在不同程度上增加幼苗根系、茎秆的内源生长素(IAA)和细胞分裂素(CTK)含量,而降低赤霉素(GA)和脱落酸(ABA)含量。通过综合调控,可定向诱导茄子幼苗向壮苗方向发展。Taking Ziyangchangqie as experimental material, we studied the integrated key technology of strong plugseedling cultivation for eggplant comprehensively under the protected conditions. The results showed that, the seedling quality was improved significantly with the overgrowth restrained effectively, and the leaf area, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight, root-top ratio, strong seedling index, emergency rate and disease resistance of the eggplant seedlings were increased obviously after the application of the integrated seedling cultivation technology. At the same time, the integrated technology could increase the seedlingsI physiological activity obviously, and make the contents of chlorophyll (Chl), soluble protein (Pr), soluble sugar (Sug) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of seedling leaves increased more than 10%, with the root activity increased by 28.57%. Furthermore, this technology could increase the endogenous contents of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and cytokinin (CTK), but decrease the contents of gibberellin (GA) and abscisic acid (ABA) in seedling roots and stems to different extent. To sum up, the application of the integrated seedling cultivation technology was beneficial to developing strong seedlings of eggplant.
