6种杀菌剂对胶东地区保护地黄瓜霜霉病防治药效试验  

Efficacy Test of Six Fungicides on Controlling Cucumber Downy Mildew in Protected Fields of Eastern Shandong

摘　　要：以烟台地黄瓜为材料,研究了百泰、凯润、安克、克露、乙膦铝和代森锰锌等药剂在发病前和发病后施药对保护地黄瓜霜霉病的预防及防治效果,以及对黄瓜产量的影响。试验结果表明,发病前喷施百泰、凯润效果最好,防效在97%以上;安克、克露、代森锰锌防效次之,防效也高达88%以上;乙膦铝防效较差,为81.00%。发病后喷施凯润防效在93.83%以上,百泰、安克和代森锰锌防效都在80%以上。发病后喷施百泰、凯润和安克比CK(清水)分别增产18.46%、24.36%和22.22%,增产效果明显。因此推荐凯润为防治保护地黄瓜霜霉病的理想药剂,百泰、安克和代森锰锌可以作为保护性杀菌剂使用。Taking Yantaidihuanggua as material, we studied the effects of the six fungicides, pyraelostrobin · metriam, pyraclostrobin, dimetho-morph, mancozeb ·cymoxanil, fosetyl-aluminum and mancozeb, on controlling cucumber downy mildew in protected fields before and after the onset of the disease, and on the yield of cucumber. The results showed that, applying the fungicides before the onset of the disease, pyraclostrobin, metriam and pyraclostrobin possessed the best control effects, with their control efficiency higher than 97%, and dimetho-morph, mancozeb .cymoxanil and mancozeb had relatively better control effects, with the control efficiency was higher than 88%, while fosetyl-aluminum had the relatively worse control effect, with the control efficiency of 81.00%. Applying the fungicides after the onset of the disease, the control efficiency of pyraclostrobin was higher than 93.83%, and the control efficiency of pyraclostrobin.metriam, dimetho-morph and mancozeb was higher than 80%. Applying pyraclostrobin＇metriam, pyraclostrobin, and dimetho-morph after the onset of the disease, their yield was 18.46%, 24.36% and 22.22% higher than that of the control （CK）. And pyraclostrobin was the ideal fungicide for controlling cucumber downy mildew, and pyraclostrobin, metriam, dimetho-morph and mancozeb could be taken as the protective fungicides.
