摘　　要：目的:观察分析小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的效果。方法:选择2011年1月-10月在某院就诊的80例CVA患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组用常规方法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特钠。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组为72.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特治疗CVA,服用方便,起效快,能明显提高有效率,改善肺功能,不良反应少,用于低龄儿童较为安全。OBJECTIVE To observe an （CVA） in children.
