含风电电力系统规划问题的探讨

摘　　要：风电由于其固有的不同于常规发电的特点,给常规电力系统的规划带来挑战,使得电力系统的规划更加复杂。详细分析了风电对传统电力系统规划的影响、出现的新问题以及一些可能的解决办法,对含风电电力系统的规划提供了一些建议并展望了以后的研究,为新时期含风电电力系统的规划提供了决策依据及理论支持。Wind power, due to its inherent characteristics, different from any other conventional power generations, gives challenge to the conventional power system planning, making the power system planning more complicated. This paper elaborates the wind power＇s effects on the traditional power system planning, the new problems and some possible solutions. Finally some suggestions are proposed as to the planning of power system including wind power, and the future research is expected, aiming to provide the decision-making basis and theoretical support to the power system planning including wind power in this new era.
