基于ANP方法的电力企业储配煤中心选址研究

摘　　要：电力企业建立储配煤中心,是降低电煤物流成本,保障发电安全的重要举措。合理的储配煤中心选址则是其首要解决的问题之一。提出了基于ANP综合评价的储配煤中心选址方法,建立了相应的选址决策指标体系,通过算例分析证明了该方法在电力企业储配煤中心选址决策方面能够起到良好的效果。Electric power enterprises construct the coal storage and distribution center （SDC） in order to reduce power coal logistics costs and safeguard the power generation. The reasonable site selection of SDC is the priority. This paper proposes the location method based on ANP comprehensive evaluation, and establishes the corresponding location decisionmaking indicator system. Calculation case analysis demonstrates that this method can make good effects on the SDC location decision-making.
