摘　　要：介绍了上海电网智能操作票管理系统通过完善的流程控制,实现操作票全过程管理的研究。系统与EMS、PMS、OMS、内控系统等建立接口,实现了数据共享。系统内置网络设备库,能根据操作指令的执行动态调整设备状态,可作为EMS电网设备状态的备份。通过智能开票、智能编辑、智能登记等智能化解决方案,实现了安全防误功能,能适应各种电网运行方式,实现标准操作语句的灵活维护。Intelligent operation ticket management system of Shanghai power grid realizes the full process management of operation ticket through perfect process control. The system is interconnected with EMS, PMS, OMS and internal control system, achieving data sharing. The system built-in network device library can regulate device status in light of the dynamic implementation state of operation instructions, and can be used as MS grid equipment status backup. The intelligent solutions （e. g. intelligent order sheet generating, editing, registering）, adopted to realize safe anti- misoperation function, are applicable to various kinds of grid operation modes to achieve the flexible maintenance of standard manipulation statements.
