摘 要:针对现有莲子剥壳机存在效率低、破碎率高、通用性和运行稳定性差等现状,根据莲子结构特点和剥壳特性,设计一种基于滚切原理的莲子剥壳机。改变将莲子切割与脱壳同步进行的传统剥壳方法,利用槽轮机构的间歇运动实现莲子割壳与脱壳分步进行,使脱壳更彻底有效;通过以剥净率、破碎率为指标,拨销轴转速、搓辊轴转速、刀具轴转速为因素进行正交试验,结果表明:在搓辊轴转速为80r/min、拨销轴转速为35r/min、刀具轴转速为250r/min下,剥净率为91.23%、破碎率为2%;且对指标影响程度:拨销轴转速>刀具轴转速>搓辊轴转速。In view of the low efficiency, high damage rate, poor uni- versality and stability exist in the lotus seed shelling machine, a new type of lotus seed shelling machine that base on the principle of roll- ing-cut was designed. The method of lotus seed cutting and synchro- nous shelling was improved by the innovative design. The machine was designed via the intermittent movement of groove mechanism and makes the movement more effective. With the indicator of shell ing, damage rate and the factors of dial sell speed , rubbing roller speed and the tool speed, an orthogonal experiment was achieved. The result shows that the shelling rate of the lotus seed sheller is 91.23% and the damage rate is 2% when the dial sell speed is 35 r/min, the rubbing roller speed is 80 r/min and the roll speed is 250 r/min. In addition, the elements could be ranked according to their influencing degree as dial sell speed, rubbing roller speed and than the tool speed.
