摘  要:【目的】明确广西桑树赤锈病病原菌生理小种类型、致病性和品种资源的抗性水平,为桑树育种提供科学依据。【方法】采集广西不同地域桑树赤锈病病原菌,采用涂抹接种方法对4个鉴别品种及7个广西桑树品种资源材料人工接种桑赤锈病病菌,调查各材料的发病程度及致病反应。【结果】采集于广西不同地域的桑树赤锈病病原菌均能侵染4个鉴别品种和7个广西品种资源材料。不同地域桑树赤锈病病原菌对同一桑树品种及同一地域桑树赤锈病病原菌对不同桑树品种的致病性存在一定差异。不同品种对赤锈病的抗性有明显的差异,其中伦教40发病较轻。【结论】广西不同地域桑赤锈病病原菌均属湿润型生理小种;伦教40对赤锈病的抗性较好,可作为中抗赤锈病品种加以利用。[Objective]The present study was conducted to identify the physiological races, pathogenicity and variety resources resistance so as to provide a scientific basis for mulberry breeding. [ Method ]The resistance of four differential varieties and seven local varieties of mulberry were tested through artificial inoculation with the mulberry red rust isolates gathered from different regions in Guangxi. [Result]The isolates of mulberry red rust from different regions could infect all the tested mulberry varieties, and there existed difference in pathogenicity of different mulberry red rust isolates to the same mulberry varieties or the same mulberry red rust isolate to different mulberry varieties. The resistance of different mulberry varieties against red rust was significantly different from each other, out of which, Lunjiao 40 was the most resis- tant. [Conclusion ]The isolates of mulberry red rust from different regions in Guangxi were identified as the same "wetness type" physiological race. The mulberry variety Lunjiao 40 was found to be moderately resistant to mulberry red rust and could be recommended as a moderately resistant variety in production.
