摘 要:提出了一种基于故障电压比较的广域后备保护新算法,有助于解决传统后备保护整定配合复杂,潮流转移时易误动等问题。该算法利用线路一侧电压、电流故障分量的测量值推算另一侧电压故障分量,以推算值与测量值的比值识别故障元件。并通过故障区域检测降低广域信息传输量,加快故障元件识别速度。该算法原理简洁,对保护范围内多点量测数据的同步性要求较低。基于川渝500kV电网测试系统的仿真结果表明,该算法在电网高阻接地、非全相运行、故障转换及重负荷转移等情况下均具有良好的动作性能。A novel wide area backup protection algorithm based on fault voltage comparison is presented in this paper, which is helpful to overcome the problems of conventional backup protection about complex setting and mal-operation under flow transfer. Measured voltage and current fault components from one terminal of transmission line are provided to estimate the voltage fault components of the other terminal. Then the fault element is identified by means of the ratio of measured and estimated value. Meanwhile, the speed of fault element identification can be accelerated by fault area detection scheme. This method depends on easy setting and lower demand to wide area data synchronism. The simulation test based on Chuan-yu 500kV grid test system showes the validity of proposed method under various complex conditions, such as high impedance earth fault, open-phase operation, evolved fault and flow transfer.
