摘  要:目的观察护牙素对正畸牙面脱矿后修复的疗效。方法选择固定正畸治疗后釉质脱矿患者30例,382颗患牙。采用自身对照,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组191颗患牙。治疗组以护牙素局部涂抹牙齿唇侧的牙釉质,每次3 min,每周1次,连用4次为1个疗程,共治3个疗程。对照组不使用任何药物涂抹。观察治疗前、治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程结束时牙釉质表面的脱矿情况。结果治疗1个疗程结束时两组患牙的脱矿指数(EDI)值均下降,但治疗组比对照组下降更明显(P=0.000);治疗组2个疗程时EDI值与1个疗程时比较无差异(P=0.063),2个疗程与3个疗程EDI值比较无差异(P=0.171)。结论正畸治疗牙面脱矿后使用护牙素可在短期内获得较好的再矿化效果,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Tooth Mousse on reducing enamel demineralization after orthodontic treatment of fixed appliance. Methods A self-controlled trial was carried out in the 30 patients who suffered from enamel demineralization after orthodontic treatment of fixed appliance. All the patients (including 382 teeth) were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group including 191 teeth. Experimental group was treated with Tooth Mousse for 3 minutes once a week. One treatment course was 4 weeks, and a patient should be treated for 12 weeks. No drug was used in the control group. The enamel demineralization was observed before treatment,in the first, second and third treatment course, respectively. Results The enamel demineralization index (EDI) declined in the two groups after the first 4-week treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the experimental group than that in the control group(P =0. 000);In the experimental group,EDI showed no significant difference between the second treatment course and the first one (P = 0.063 ), as well as between the second treatment course and the third one (P = 0. 171 ). Conclusion Tooth Mousse can reduce enamel demineralization after orthodontic treatment of fixed appliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
