摘  要:目的应用应变率成像(SRI)评价急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后的左室收缩功能。方法 58例首次ST段抬高型前壁AMI接受PCI患者,根据术后1 h ST段回落≥50%分为回落组(49例),<50%分为非回落组(9例),术后1个月及6个月均行二维超声心动图及SRI检查。结果术后1个月回落组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室平均收缩峰值应变率(mPSSR)均高于非回落组(P<0.05),术后6个月回落组LVEF、mPSSR均显著高于非回落组(P<0.01)。结论 SRI技术可以对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的左室心肌收缩功能进行定量分析。Objective To study the application of strain rate imaging (SRI) to evaluation of left ventricular systolic function after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Fifty eight patients with the ST segment elevation of anterior AMI who had undergone PCI were divided into ST-segment decline group (49 cases) and non-ST-segment decline group (9 eases) according to the decline of ST segment 1 hour after PCI. ST segment 1 hour after PCI fell in about≥50% in ST-segment decline group but 〈50% in non-ST-segment decline group. Two-dimensional echocardiography and SRI were performed in the two groups one month and six months after PCI. Results Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and mean peak systolic strain rate (mPSSR) of ST-segment decline group were higher than those of non-ST-segment decline group one month after PCI (P 〈0.05 ). LVEF and rnPSSR of ST-segment decline group were both significantly higher than those of non-ST-segment decline group six months after PCI( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion SRI provides a quantitative-analysis method for evaluating the left ventrieular systolic function in patients with AMI.
