摘 要:自热式高温好氧消化(ATAD)工艺是实现污泥稳定化和无害化的有效方法。为确定其在工程化应用中的关键参数,通过对长期运行数据的分析,探讨了DO、污泥停留时间和温度对运行效果的影响。试验发现:在56℃、液相DO为2~3 mg/L、固体负荷≤3.1 kgVSS/(m3.d)时,对VSS的去除率可达到40%。而维持高温条件是系统稳定运行的前提,通过热平衡分析发现,对进出泥进行热交换以及回收蒸发潜热十分重要。Autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion (ATAD) technology is an effective method to realize stability and harmless of sludge. In order to determine the key parameters of ATAD in engineer- ing applications, the effect of DO, SRT and temperature on the operation effect was explored by analyzing the long-term operation data. The results showed that when the solids loading was equal to or less than 3.1 kgVSS/( n^3·d) , 4-0% of VSS would be removed at the temperature of 56 ℃ and the DO between 2 and 3 mg/L. However, maintaining high temperature was the base of stable and effective operation. The heat balance was analyzed. It was concluded that heat exchange between incoming and outgoing sludge and recovery of latent heat of evaporation were very important.
