摘 要:为提高原有SBR系统对味精废水的处理效果,采用投加悬浮填料的方法对其进行改造。选用两种不同材质及形状的悬浮填料,在填充率分别为0、20%、30%及40%的情况下,测定对COD、NH4+-N及TN的去除率,从而确定填料的最佳填充率。结果表明,随着填料填充率的增加,两个反应器对有机物的去除率均呈上升趋势。综合经济及技术因素,确定两种悬浮填料的最佳填充率均为30%。在此工况下运行时,SBBR系统对COD、NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别可达90%、98%、75%以上;出水COD、NH4+-N和TN分别在110、5、30 mg/L以下。To enhance the efficiency of existing SBR for treatment of monosodium glutamate wastewater, the SBR was improved by adding suspended carriers. Two kinds of suspended carriers with different materials and shapes were selected, and the removal rates of COD, NH4 - ratios of 0, 20%, 30% and 40% were measured to determine the optimal filling N and TN at filling ratio. The results showed that the removal rates of organic matters in two reactors increased with the increase in the carrier filling ratio. Considering economic and technical factors, the optimal filling ratio is 30% for the two kinds of suspended carriers. Under these conditions, the removal rates of COD, NH4+ - N and TN were more than 90%, 98% and 75%, respectively. The concentrations of COD, NH4+ - N and TN in the effluent were lower than 110 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 30 mg/L, respectively.
