摘  要:目的:研究壁虎不同方式提取物对U14荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法:制备小鼠U14肿瘤模型,观察壁虎全粉、壁虎水提物及壁虎水提醇沉物对U14荷瘤鼠的抑瘤效果。结果:生药量相等的壁虎全粉①组、壁虎水提物①组、壁虎醇沉物组肿瘤抑瘤率分别为24.27%、43.37%、48.41%;给药重量相等壁虎醇沉物组、壁虎水提物②组、壁虎全粉②组的肿瘤抑瘤率分别为48.41%、40.05%和6.23%,CTX组、壁虎水提物①组、壁虎醇沉物组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),其余各组抑瘤率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:壁虎水提醇沉物中对肿瘤有抑制作用的有效成分比较富集。Objective: To study the anti-cancer effect of different extractive of Gekko on U14-bearing mice model. Meth-ods: U14-bearing mice model was established to observe the anti-cancer effect of powder of Gecko, aqueous extract of Gecko, alcohol sediment of aqueous extract of Gecko. Results : The tumor inhibition ratio of equal crud Gecko of powder of Gecko①, a- queous extract of Gecko①, alcohol sediment of aqueous extract of Gecko respectively were 24. 27% , 43. 37% , 48.41% ; the tumor inhibition ratio of equal weight of powder of Geeko②, aqueous extract of Geeko②, alcohol sediment of aqueous extract of Gecko respectively were 48.41%, 40. 05% , 6.23%. Concision: The anti-cancer active component of Gecko was enriched in alcohol sediment of aqueous extract of Gecko.
