摘　　要：本文收集了近年来关于经络本质研究的一些文献,文献提示:学者们通过对经络实质的研究,提出了各种学说,主要有循经感传说、生命场说、管道系统说、筋膜系统说等等。经络本质的研究,是中医理论现代化的一个核心问题。我们应该运用中医本身的优势,结合西医学的优势,把目光投在多学科合作协调,调整思路和方法,努力把研究成果服务于针灸临床。This article collected a number of documents about the meridian essence in recent years and put forward a variety of theories： the meridian legend, the life field, the pipeline system, the fascial system and so on. The essence of meridian re-search of modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory is one of the core issues. We should apply the Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine to their mutual advantage. Focusing on multidisciplinary cooperation, adjust the train of thought and method, and applying the achievements of this research in the service of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.
