摘  要:不同饲料饲养的枣实蝇成虫产卵、孵化、寿命有很大的差异。采用蜂蜜(A)、酸水解酪蛋白+蔗糖(B)、酵母浸粉+蔗糖(C)3种饲料饲养枣实蝇成虫,结果表明:饲料C饲养的枣实蝇单组平均产卵量为(116.33±6.73)粒,与饲料A,B组差异显著;饲料C单组平均孵化率86.13%±1.31%,与饲料A,B差异性不显著;饲料C饲养的枣实蝇最长寿命128 d,优于饲料A(95 d)和饲料B(108 d)。饲料C饲养枣实蝇,各项指标均达到满意的要求。There were great differences among Carpomya vesuviana adults raised with different diets in the fecundity, hatchability and life span. Three artificial diets, i. e. honey (A), casein acids hydrolysate + sucrose(B) and yeast extract powder + sucrose(C) were given to C. vesuviana. The results showed that the fecundity of the group fed with diet C was 689 eggs and significantly differed from the groups fed with diets A and B ;The group fed with diet C had the highest hatchability(86. 13% ~ 1.31% ) ,the difference between the group fed with diet C and groups fed with diet A and B was not obvious in hatchability;The longest life span of C. vesuviana fed with diet C was 128 d which was longer than group A(95 d) and group B( 108 d). The indexes of C. vesuviana fed with diet C were satisfactory.
