摘 要:介绍了轮胎滑水现象发生的原理,以205/50R16型轮胎为研究对象,建立了基于ABAQUS软件能够进行滑水仿真的有限元模型,此模型真实地反映了轮胎和水的各部分特性。通过仿真计算,模拟了轮胎滑水的产生过程,分析了滑水产生原因,可以对轮胎的结构设计提供参考。对比了不同工况下的滑水特性,得到不同水膜厚度下流过花纹沟的水流速度,从水流速的角度解释了滑水产生机理,并计算了单个花纹空腔的排水量。The principle of hydroplaning was briefly introduced. The tire 205/50R16 was analyzed as follows: the finite element models of tire and water were established by ABAQUS software, and these odels could truly reflect the characteristics. Through simulative calculation, the process and causes of hydroplaning were simulated, and could provide reference for the structural design of the tire. The characteristics in different conditions was compared with, and the water speed in different water thickness was got in order to explain the cause of hydroplaning and the displacement of a single pattern cavity was calculated.
