摘　　要：比例电磁铁是多种电液比例阀重要的执行器件,其静动态性能对比例阀有关键影响。为准确方便快速地测试比例电磁铁的各种静动态特性,设计并研制了一种比例电磁铁性能测试系统。该系统由机械平台、位移和拉压力传感器、计算机采集控制系统和上位机VC++6.0开发的测试软件组成。实验结果表明:该系统测试结果准确可靠,操作方便,能够用于常见比例电磁铁的静动态特性测试。Proportional electromagnetic solenoid is the key actuator element in many electro-hydraulic proportional valves, which static and dynamic characteristics played an important role in effecting the whole valve. In order to measure all kinds of static and dynamic characteristics precisely easily and quickly, an automatic proportional solenoid measurement system for its characteristics was developed. The system was consisted of mechanical platform, displacement and pull ＆ push force transducer, PC-based data acquisition system and measurement software developed by VC ＋ ＋ 6. 0 in up-level computer. Experiments show that the measurement results of the system are precise ＆ reliable and easy in operation, and the static and dynamic characteristics of general proportional solenoid can be measured on this system.
