摘　　要：随着石油资源的日益减少,炼油企业越来越倾向于选用高酸原油作为原料。加工高酸原油的过程中会对设备造成严重的腐蚀,这个问题已经引起国内外的广泛关注。本文简单描述了高酸原油的危害及防腐的必要性,并提出了相应的工艺防腐措施及设备和管道的选材方案。With the decreasing of oil resources, oil refining enterprises more and more inclined to claoose mgn acla crude oil as raw material. High acid crude oil caused serious corrosion to the equipment in the production process, which attracted wide attention both at home and abroad. The harm of high acid crude oil and the necessity of protection were briefly described, and the corresponding anti - corrosion measures and the material selection program of equipment and piping were proposed.
