HPLC测定丹黄祛瘀胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量

摘　　要：建立了丹黄祛瘀胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。采用Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(三乙胺调pH值至6.0)(60∶40),柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果显示:延胡索乙素在0.0408～0.2448μg线性关系良好(r=0.9994);平均回收率为98.6%,and RSD=1.1%(n=6),该方法可用于丹黄祛瘀胶囊的质量控制。To establish a HPLC method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Danhuang Quyu capsule. An Agi- lent C1s column（4.6-250 mm, 5 Ixm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid （pH = 6.0） （60 ： 40）, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, the column temperatuer was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL -1 min . Tetrahydropalmatine showed a good linear relationship in the range of was 0. 0408-0 2448μg （ r = 0.9994）, the average recovery was 98.6%, RSD = 1.1% （n =6）. The method can be used for the quality control of Danhuang Quyu capsule.
