摘 要:实现对电厂凝结水中微量氨含量的准确检测,有效监控加氨系统给药量,对于防止热力系统腐蚀结垢、保证凝结水精处理系统运行周期具有重要监督作用。采用电极法对电厂凝结水中微量氨含量进行了测定,结果表明:氨含量在0.1~3.0 mg/L范围内,测定的电极电位与氨浓度呈良好的对数关系,相关系数大于0.999 9,相对标准偏差小于0.5%,回收率为90%~105%,凝结水中的联氨对该方法的测定没有干扰。该方法操作简便、废液易处理、对环境无污染。通过与纳氏试剂法进行对比,相对误差小于10%,满足标准要求,进一步验证了该方法的准确性和可靠性。Accurate analysis of micro-ammonia content in condensate water at power plant and effective monitoring of ammonia sosing system played important roles in preventing corrosion and scaling in thermodynamic system. Ammonia Electrode Potential Determination was used to determine micro-ammonia content in water-steam system at power plant. Result shows that linear regression coefficient of ammonia concentration and electrode potential was 0. 999 9 in the range of 0.0 mg/L to 3.0 mg/L,RSD was less than 0.5% ,the recovery was 90% - 105% ;hydrazine in water samples had no influence on the determination. Compared with Nessler method,the relative error was in the range of + 10% ,which further validate the veracity and reliability of the method.
