褐煤锅炉改造及燃烧优化

摘  要:由于设计和实际运行中煤质变动等原因,某褐煤锅炉出现了受热面超温、排烟温度高、燃烧器结焦等问题。通过分析诊断,对褐煤锅炉提出了燃烧器、低温过热器和省煤器的改造方案。安装了新的燃烧器及附属设备,将部分低温过热器受热面更换为等级更高的材质,同时增加了省煤器面积。经过燃烧优化试验,锅炉的最大出力提高至410 t/h,磨煤机最大干燥出力可达31 t/h,在锅炉最大出力工况下实测锅炉热效率为91.96%。长时间平稳运行表明,本次改造取得了较为理想的效果,可为国内同类锅炉的改造和优化调整提供参考。Influenced by the original design and the actual variation of the coals,the serious boiler problems, such as the overtemperature of the heating surfaces,the over-high temperature of the exhausting gas and the slagging on the burner zone,appeared in a domestic power generation company. Based on the technology analysis,the reconstruction had been performed for the burners, the low-temperature superheater and the economizer. The new burners as well as the auxiliary were installed,parts of the low-temperature superheater were replaced with better pipes and the area of the economizer increased. After the combustion optimization tests,the maximum output of the boiler can be 410t/h, the maximum drying output of the pulverizers can be as high as 31 t/h and the boiler efficiency can reach to 91.96% under such condition. The steady running shows that the technological reconstruction is successful and the present case could be referenced by the similar boiler in the domestic power plant.
