摘  要:介绍了气化小油枪的工作原理及整体布置系统,其在锅炉启停及低负荷稳燃时明显的节油效果使得气化小油枪可作为燃煤电厂节能降耗的一个有效手段。系统分析了气化小油枪启动方式运行中可能存在的危险点,主要包括燃料不着火、燃油燃烧不良、锅炉受热面和燃烧器超温、煤粉的再燃和爆燃等。针对上述危险点,提出了相应的预防措施和解决方案。在实际运行中,只要针对危险点,提前预防并采取有效的控制措施,保证这些危险点在可控范围内,就可以很好的利用气化小油枪点火稳燃技术。The small gasified oil-gun could be an effective instrument to save energy for its less consumption of oil under the conditions of start-up, shutdown and low load running of the boiler in the power plant. The working mecha- nism and the system layout are introduced for the small gasified oil-gun. The dangerous points are analyzed in the start-up mode by adopting the small gasified oil-gun, which could be the fuel not being ignited, the poor oil burning, the over-temperature of the heating surface and the burner, the recombustion and the deflagration of the coal powder. The preventive measures and solutions are provided to avoid the above dangerous cases. The experiences show that the small gasified oil-gun could be well used to keep stable combustion for a boiler if only the effective measures are taken.
