摘　　要：近年来,渝东南少数民族地区涉枪涉爆犯罪呈逐步攀升的高发态势。究其原因,少数民族传统文化与现代法制文化的冲突以及民族群众急迫的生产生活需要是诱发此类犯罪的内在因素;少数民族群众特有的"人情世故"与民族地区治安管理的滞后是犯罪产生的外在因素。In recent years, the crimes of gun-blast become high incidences in the ethnic minority areas of southeast Chongqing. Tracing the causes,the conflicts between the traditional cultures of ethnic minorities and modern legal system culture, as well as the pressing need of production and livelihood of the ethnic groups,are the leading internal causes;traditional code of conduct＂ and the lagging police administration in ethnic area are the external factors for the crimes.
