制约我国区域公共体育服务体系建设的成因分析——以广州市为例

摘　　要：公共体育服务体系的构建和完善是新时期我国体育事业亟待解决重要问题,是政府职能实现从管理型向服务型转变的重要举措。根据公共服务理论,以广州市公共体育服务体系建设为案例,对区域公共体育服务体系建设进行了多维度分析,归纳和总结出区域公共体育服务体系建设中存在着设施布局不理想、资金投入不平衡、内部协调机制欠缺和服务指导欠高效等四个方面问题,并对其成因进行分析。Establishing and consummating public sports service system is an important urgent problem in China. It is an impor- tant act to shift the government functions from management type to service type. According to the theory of public service, the paper analysed the construction of public sports service system. The findings found out four restricting factors of unsatisfactory arrangment, imbalance funding, absence of interior mechanism, and ineffective services. The paper also analysed the causes of these factors.
