摘  要:油井电能消耗一般占油田生产总耗电的50%以上,尤其是处于开发后期的油井,往往处于"大马拉小车"运行状态,造成电能的极大浪费。结合油井不同开采方式,应用变频调速控制技术,可实现对油井抽汲参数的简单、快捷调整,提高油井电动机功率因数和机采系统效率,有效降低油井的电能消耗。More than 50 percent of total electric energy consumption is the consumption of electric energy foroil wells in oilfield.'Strong horse drawing small car' can cause a great waste of electric energy especially in some wells during the late development stage.According to the different development mode,the simple and quick adjustment for swabbing parameters can be realized.The power factor of motor and the efficiency of artificial lift system can be improved and the consumption of electric energy for oil wells can be reduced by using the frequency conversion control techniques.However,frequency conversion controller can not be extended due to the different production condition.
