我国网络媒体从业者基本状况调查分析

摘　　要：通过对全国15个省市的48家主要网络媒体从业者进行问卷调查,用具体详实的数据从个人素质、工作能力、工作环境等方面对网络媒体从业者的生存状况进行考察,发现其共性特征,即从业者整体年龄较小,工作年限较短;工作压力普遍较大,对岗位发挥能力的认可度有待提高;对工作环境较为满意,但对薪酬与福利满意度不够高,对岗位提高其能力最为看重。Internet media employees are the very important team for Internet communication.This paper surveys employees from forty-eight Internet media in fifteen cities,outlines their status in terms of personal qualities,work capability,work environment,etc.on the basis of abundant data.It is found that their common characters are small ages,short working years,heavy working pressure and low recognition on the opportunity to perform their ability.They show high satisfaction on working environment,but low satisfaction on salary & welfare.In particular,they value the opportunity to develop their ability.
