摘　　要：设备电气自动化的发展已经有几十年的历史,其在国内的发展速度也在不断加快。单片机在设备自动化中的应用虽然非常广泛,但是单片机的价格一直居高不下,这就给其在国内的市场带来很大的局限性。在设备自动化中,单片机系统的设计通常要经过方案的设计,从而节省工程材料达到降低成本的目的。在设备自动化的改造中进行此类问题的分析和研究,可以使系统达到一个非常理想的效果。The electrical automation equipments has been developed for decades. The speed of development in China has been also accelerated continuously. The application of microcontrollers in the automation equipments is very broad, but the price of microcontrollers is high, which gives a great limitation for the development of microcontrollers in Chinese market. The microcontroller design in equipment automation usually goes through the process of scheme design to achieve the purpose of saving the material and reducing its cost. The equipment automation renovation is to analyze and research such problems.
