活性银离子抗菌液Ⅲ型治疗手足口病皮疹的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨活性银离子抗菌液Ⅲ型(银耳通)治疗手足口病皮疹的护理效果。方法将78例手足口病皮疹患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,在保持皮肤清洁的基础上,对照组采用炉甘石洗剂涂于皮疹部位;观察组采用活性银离子抗菌液Ⅲ型(银耳通)喷于皮疹处。两组均每日使用3～5次,连续使用3 d,观察比较两组疗效。结果两组手足口病患儿皮疹治疗效果比较,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,p<0.05。结论活性银离子抗菌液Ⅲ型(银耳通)应用于治疗手足口病皮疹,有消肿、止痒、减轻患儿不适的作用,可有效促进受损皮肤愈合。Objective To investigate the activity of silver ions antibacterial liquid type Ⅲ （ Tremella through） the treatment of foot and mouth disease rash care effect. Methods 78 cases of HFMD rash in children were randomly divided into observation group and control group 39 cases, keep the skin clean, on the basis of the control group were treated with calamine lotion applied to the rash area; observation group were active silver ions antibacterial liquid Ⅲ- type （Tremella pass） spray rash. Both groups daily use 3 to 5 times of continuous use for 3 days to observe the therapeutic effects were compared. Results The two groups of child patients with HFMD rash treatment, the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The active silver ions antibacterial liquid type Ⅲ（Tremella pass） used in the treatment of foot and mouth disease rash, swelling, itching, reduce children discomfort role in promoting skin healing.
